Nissan Welcome Programme emails

Nissan Qashqai, Juke, Leaf and Micra now has an electrified version. Nissan e-POWER is a unique electrified technology that delivers a more responsive, quieter & efficient way to experience city driving, free from the need to charge.

About the project: Nissan don’t have currently a welcome programme for new car customers. New owners of Qashqai, Juke, Leaf and Micra will receive nine emails from Nissan that will keep them excited as they might need to wait several months before the car arrives.

I worked alongside with the copywriter and the project manager to design an email template that brings alive the new design of these hybrids cars.

Main tasks:

  • Create a unique email campaign look and feel template that is carried across the nine emails.
  • Adapt and retouch model images to create hero headers adapted to the main message.
  • The email should have a visual aid that plots the current position on the customer journey. Animated assets.

Engaging New Nissan Buyers

The goal of the campaign is to keep the customer engaged with a serie of nine emails with key information about the model purchased. The timeline looks as the follow:

I designed a series of animated GIFs to symbolise customer milestones, illustrating their progression throughout the customer journey. These dynamic emails effectively showcase the customer's advancement and enhance their experience.
